With the 2026 Winter Olympics underway and Canada icing yet another powerhouse women’s team, we thought… who better to settle some of hockey’s biggest debates than the Canadian stars themselves?
These arguments have been going on in locker rooms, on benches, and in beer leagues for years. So instead of letting the group chat decide, we went straight to the best of the best.
Fish bowls or cages?
Black tape or white tape?
Skates first or pants first?
The debates are endless and somehow everyone thinks they’re right.
So we put the questions in front of Team Canada’s finest to see if we could finally get some definitive answers. Could there be a rare moment of hockey harmony? A unanimous decision that settles it once and for all?
Well… probably not. They’re debates for a reason.
But if anyone’s opinions carry a little extra weight, it’s theirs.
Safe to say, we’re not arguing with any of those takes. When Olympic athletes speak, you listen.
